PROCESS PLAN PRINTING WORKAROUND

1. Go to the Dashboard and open the Dispatch app.

    a. Link: http://sqlsrvr/reports/mainmenu/Default.aspx


2. Click on Process Plan.


3. Enter the job number in the Enter Part of JobNumber field.

    a. Press Find.


4. Check the box next to the correct Job Number in the Black Job List Field in the bottom right corner.

        i. Optional: Change the print type to PRINT TO PDF if you are concerned about the job printing right away.

    b. Press Print.

    c. The wheel of waiting will start. The preview should populate in 1-2 minutes.


5. If the “DataSet1” error appears, do not panic. It’s not going away but should be overwritten by the Preview function of the Job.

    a. If the wheel of waiting keeps spinning, change from “Scheduling Printer” to “Print to PDF”, while its spinning. Usually will         make it speed up and populate the preview before it times-out.

6. Once the preview populates, use the preview Print or Save functions to obtain a physical copy.

    a. Save has a drop-down menu, select PDF to save a copy.



7. The preview Print function pop-up window will appear, choose the correct settings.

    a. Press Print.

8. **When printing multiple jobs back-to-back, the visual preview does not update the image. You will need to look at the PDF preview before you see the correct Job populate.

    a. If you choose not to preview, click Done and the print window for your Desktop will appear. The correct job information         will appear in this window.

    b. Press Print.
