2. PROCEDURE
   1. Documentation Check
      1. Verify that all previous sequences have been signed off on the process plan.
      2. Verify that the part does not have any OPEN NCPR defects. All NCPR defects must be finalized.
      3. Review the process plan sequence text of the bagging sequence, 8PK1, for special instructions
   2. Visual Inspection and Cleaning
      1. Perform basic visual inspection and clean with DI water and VWR wipes.
         1. Take special note of defects in or around the sealing grooves of hemlock parts 85, 85, 105B, and 77B. The grooves are a critical surface.
         2. Generate NCPR reports for any defects found, such as chips or exposed graphite.
   3. Printing Labels - Bartender
      1. Use the Label computer in the SIC hand working department. Open the “Bartender” application.
      2. Use label Style 1 (default) - \\Platsrvr\TTU-Label\Shipping\Bartender\Style1.btw

3. Label Location - Next to the scribe and oriented with top of the label towards top of the part.
   1. Arrow sticker – Hemlock 85 and 105Bs require an arrow sticker pointed towards the top of the part.
